Greetings! I have a IP500v2 w/8.1 (43) BASIC
All users have 9508 sets, and are reporting they are unable to transfer inbound callers to other on-premise extensions. As a caller, I just hear the "beep" as I've been place on hold, since there is no hold music/message. I've resorted to performing a warm-reset of the system, but no luck. Normally, it's as simple as transfer, ext # and hang up. However, when they hang up after transferring, the caller just remains on hold and the destination extension rings once. When you try to answer it, the phone beeps twice and won't let you pick up the call. However, the person who initially answered the incoming call and transferred it can pick the call back up.
