unable to add to domain

hi,
iam getting a strange problem in Win2k pro, for which iam trying to add to domain, but n/w id wizard is disabled and also in propertied window iam not even be able to change the workgroup settings.
(i have logged in with admin rights)

Go on that machine to Administrative Tools/ Local Security Settings/User Rights Assignment/ ad check the Add "workstation to domain" right. Gia Betiu

Check that the network card is installed and working properly. If the card shows no problems check the cables.
