Unable to add or save website files - no silution found

I searched fror this solution using google and also here at TecTips, but to no avail. Ther are a few possible solutions but nothing that worked.

I am using an WIn7 Pro machine, Visual Studio 2010
Opening a website on //websvr01/xxxxxx.org

I get the following two erros when tryong to ADD an HTML page to teh website, or to save the file.

I am logged into the domain as a domain adnmin.

Wow, just a few spelling errors.

Do you have the proper permissions set for user PJONES and/or does anything need permissions elevated to 'Run As Administrator'?

Bluejay, yea, my spelling is off a bit as I'm using a compact keyboard. Thanks for pointing it out

I have checked all the permissions. That's exactly I thought it would be, some sort of permissions issue. The ASp and user accounts have admin access..
I'm deep into trying to find a solution, any ANY ideas will be appreciated.
