Unable to add new user on CallPilot 5.0

I am unable to add new user on a CallPilot 5.0. I am getting the following error when trying to do an express add of a new user:

Express User Add Failed

The following errors have occurred:

Problems in creating the spoken name file.
Error Code: 60617
