Hi,
We're running a F9600 PBX with Intellicenter version 2.1.ICSV.2 on SCO Unix.
Randomly, we have agents who, after successfully signing into the ACD, are unable to sign back out. The only way we're able to get them out, is to restart the PBX. At the moment, it appears NO ONE is able to sign out :/
When we try to sign out, we supply a proper exit code, but then the phone gets a fast busy and they aren't signed off.
1st, what could be the problem?
2nd, Is there a way to sign off the ACD without shutting down the PBX? Once the phone is in ACD sign-on state, I can't really do anything with it from the EMML.
I thought the actual ACD signon was done in the PBX, so I wouldn't think it had anything to do with the Intellicenter. If that's true, what can be done in the PBX?
Thanks for your help
Rick
