Hi...I'm really new to Exchange Server so please bear with me.
We are running Exchange Server 2003 on a Windows 2003 server box...when I go to the webmail URL internally, the webmail pops right up. However, if trying to access webmail via the internet...it times out with a 404 (DNS) error.
Is there maybe a service that I need to check and see if it's running? Any suggestions would be really really appreciated!
