Unable to access report in design view

I have created a database of our financial reports - It's running beautifully. I got the user level security in place and works on my and the user's machine. Problem is I noticed I needed to change something on one of the reports (accessing from Switchboard). It is now telling me that I do not have exclusive access to the report and my changes won't be saved. What did I do?

Did you open the database exclusive? Are there other users in the database?

Thanks for the response. I'm not opening exclusively and the database has not been distributed yet so there would be no one else in it.

What else should I check?

This could be a permissions issue. Do you have rights to modify and/or create reports? Can you create a new report?

I think I just figured it out. It was a rights issue. Thanks for your help.
