Unable to access Output Device

Please Please can someone help me find the solution for this. There are 2 other postings w/ this problem, but no answer has been provided.
I am using Lotus 1-2-3 on an Win2000/XP pc and the macro that it is trying to run will stop and give the error that reads "unable to access output device". This does not happen on any of the Windows 98 pc's, only the 2000 and XP pc's.
Any suggestions???
