Unable to access change variables 1

Following my recent CM5 to CM6 upgrade I've lost the ability to use the "change variables" command.

On disp sys cust it shows the following, which is probably related.
Vectoring (Variables)? n

I've probably missed something out on plds when creating the license, can anyone point me in the right direction to get this feature restored please?

This feature can be turned on from the CM SMI web page , goto the licensing section and display your current settings you will follow your nose from there.

If you cant see that on line 73 i would suggest that you do have license issues.

I think you're probably right on the license side, cos 73 isnt in my list.

I can see the CC elite agent license in PLDS, but its the R5 version. I believe I need to somehow create the R6 version. Do we have a PLDS expert on here?

The license will of been migrated from RFA to PLDS , if you cant see the entitlements in plds then something has gone wrong on the transfer , you need to approach your BP/Avaya CAM to get this resolved.

I have fixed this now, through PLDS. I could see the R5 entitlement and went to activate it and there were options to upgrade to R6 so I followed my nose. New license applied and I can access variables again.
Simple.
