Hello,
My Softphone User unable to make/recieve calls.
I have Site to Site VPN between HO to Brnch Office, the AVAYA 1616 is working fine without any problem.....but when my Teleworker users try to connect from Remote Site through sonicwall, they can able to login on softphone, but couldnt able to make and recieve the calls.
->Tried to create new user and logged in, but still cannot make a call.
Please let me know how can fix this issue.
