the content store is created after saving the configuration in configuration manager. If this does not work, you should check the databasename in the configuration and also SQL Server authentication should be set to mixed mode in order to create the datastore
Thank you for your help, but I got the problem.
It was with Service Pack 2 in Windows XP Professional. Probably it blocks some ports and it doesn't permit start Reportnet Services.
I removed it and resolved the problem. Even if you try disable firewall, you won't be able to start service.
