Unable add mail box to Outlook

Hi,

I am using Exch2003 & Outlook 2003. It is working fine.
Suddenly, my outlook went to OFFLINE and able to connect to Exch2003 server.

I go to email account setup and click CHECK NAME. I got error message "The name could not be resolved. The operations failed." but I can logon thought web access program. Not only my name doesn't work! I did try other names and still got the same error message.
Other computers are working fine. I am the only one have problem

Does anyone know how to solve this probelm?

Can u get to the exchange server, ping ?

Can u resolve it using DNS...

Sounds like network if all names fail on this PC but other PC's are ok.

Ping the server using the server name, instead of the IP address.

Start with checking the default gateway and DNS settings of that PC.

I'm having exactly same problem, but when I try to setup exchange on outlook for the first time. It only happens in one computer, all other computers in the network work well. Could you finally solve your problem?

In my case ping works, DNS are ok, exch server is in the same LAN than computer, OWA works perfectly, I've reinstalled and repaired outlook, and I've tried with several mailboxes and with several users on the computer, including administrator.
