UMS on IPO 500 ver 4.2.17

How do i check to see if the UMS is working on VM Pro. I have VM Pro installed on windows 2003 server and the ums keycode loaded. If i remember correctly i could go to my browser to login. I cant find out what i need to enter after the ip address of the vm pro. Also when i created an imap account on my outlook. It keeps showing wrong password. I entered the password correctly serveral times with now luck. What am i missing?

I'm 90% sure you use your Name (not full name. Use the password from the voicemail tab.

I went to

(the address of the VM Pro) i get page can't be displayed. I have the UMS license loaded but it's still not working. Am i missing a step here? This is a new install on VM Pro

Open up the voicemail pro client and look at the help/about pop up and see if it says UMS is licensed. If it does let me know.

Your IMAP account is the information from the Name field (not Full Name) or you can use your extension. Password is the user's vm password. It will not work until the password is created for the user's vm account.

Regarding web browser access, did you install IIS and PHP on your server before installing VM Pro? You need this to use web services. If your VM server is a Windows XP or Vista box you can only have 5 concurrent web connections, I think.
