UMS license error

I feel stupid for asking this, I can't get rid of this error:

"The number of users configured to use UMS Web services exceeds the number of licenses"

I set Voicemail to none and deleted all users. Error remains. What am I missing?



IPO500v2, 6.1(5), demo kit licenses.



 
You CANNOT set Voicemail to None
All users & groups always have voicemail!
The voicemail tick simply enables vm on busy/no answer

you need to untick ums webservices to resolve your errors

all ums webservices tick boxes are 'unticked'
 
Groups as well? (v6.1 has this)
if so then I am stummped but would not consider it a critical error if you are not using UMS.

It comes up as a System Error. Not a warning.

I've tried deleting all users and groups. Error remains.

 
I have no groups or users.

I've been waiting to try my new DTE cable. Now's as good a time as any ;)


 
Did you reboot?
Does the NoUser has UMS enabled?
Check SSA if there is an instance in use for that license.

cold start: yes
NoUser : UMS disabled
SSA only displays license usage of licenses I actually have.

 
Then it is a bug.
I have a strange VCM error.

VCM Support is not present

never seen it before.
