I have our Avaya IP Office vendor helping us with an upgrade to 9.X. We have been on a 7.x version, and had UMS integration and everything was working great. After the upgrade, UMS is broken and four our users to receive voicemails, users had to be set back to copy in their user's voicemail tab, with no voicemails making it back to their outlook client (2007 or 2013).
Our vendor tried several configuration changes, to no avail. Then after further research, determined it was a database corruption issue in voicemail pro. after upgrading voicemail pro to 9.0.3?? we are still having the same issues. They have now escalated the call further up the support tier, but so far, no solution.
What is the real issue with implementing IP office and Exchange 2010 UMS? They have even told us this is not a common interface, that everyone is moving away from UMS with Exchange. I find it hard to believe that Exchange and IP Office are not a common integration scenario.
