I have a BCM 50, with 3.0 software.
We installed the Unified Messaging (no Fax).
It works great in the office, running Outlook 2007 and Exchange Server 2007, with BlackBerry Intergration.
We can't get the Call Pilot messages to appear on our BlackBerries, does anyone know how to program this up.
Thank you in advance.

You will need to use message forwarding. That way it will send a copy of the email, with a .wav attachment to your inbox. You need to know the exchange servers IP address.

Ok Thank you bluemr2, is that done in SMTP or as a rule in Outlook???

You set up the forwarding in call pilot manager general properties. Enter the exchange server ip there. All mailboxes that need to forward, need to be allowed in their mailbox COS. The number of mailboxes that have that COS must be less than or equal to the number of unified messaging keycodes you have. Lastly you need to go into each mailbox, through the mailbox manager and turn it on and put in their email address.
