I'm using Ultrabac as my backup software. Resently my tape drive stop working. I keep getting Event veiwer IDs 7000 and 119. When I try to start the device I get and error code of 0020. I keep trying to load the device driver for it, but when I reboot it does not take. The device drive I'm need to use is qic117.sys. Does anyone have an idea what can be cause the tape to fail.
