UK maps in visualiser

Hello, I am trying to evaluate whether I can make use of visualiser whithin our product range.
I think the mapping side would be very useful, but the software doesn't come with uk regional maps.

Does anyone know of any available on the net to download.
I know that if I had mapinfo I could create them.

But at the moment I cannot justify purchasing mapinfo to help me evaluate viz.

any suggestions greatfully appreciated.

I approached Mapinfo for an evaluation copy for the UK which they were happy to provide me with, after 30 days I had demonstratet to the customer that they should purchase. At the same time I looked for other suppliers / freeware but couldn't find anything
