UK Maintenance Contracts

Hi,
I work for a company that currently has several large call centres and a couple of HQ Offices using Definity equipment of varying sizes. All sites are currently contracted to Avaya for mainteance but I'm considering whether or not we should move to a third party.

Can anyone provide us with a list of companies that fit the bill - : 24 Hr 365 Day 4 Hour Response etc...

Were a global company with offices in 132 countries and have just moved our definity maintenance to a company called Datapoint who are a gold partner, we evaluated about 5 companies and they were the best.

We are also looking around for another provider (in total for about 30 switches around Europe).
Datapoint ( is indeed the strong player here. I also advise to talk to them.

To be honnest, I just had a meeting for our office in Belgium. Avaya is outsourcing almost everything to Datapoint. Only really big customers can still go directly.
Think this will happen accross Europe.

Touchbase ( also a company that can provide support. They are big in the UK but they don't have many sites in Europe (Datapoint has a site in almost every country).
But try to stay with Avaya Golden Partners.
