UI Container error

We are using XP Pro, 1 gig ram on the machines,AccPac 5.3.

I just changed out the printers for order from dot matirx to a laser printer. On some of the machines, they try to print the order to the printer and they get the error and it asks them to close or debug, etc. If they reboot sometimes this helps.

is it on the pc's or server?

It is on the server in the Shared Data directory under the user's folder in the USER folder.
Open Accpac and click Help, System Information, the Shared Data Directory is the third one from the top.
