I have an extension (6020) that routes over ISDN (SDN with AT&T) trunk. We want to begin routing this over IP Trunks. We only have 5 members in the IP trunk group for testing. We have the ISDN trunk group as preference 2 in our route pattern, however once the IP trunk is busy - the call will not route ISDN.

I placed point two in the route pattern to route ISDN, but I keep getting a busy when it tries to route that way.

The call is normally sending 4 digits to AT&T cloud and they are inserting the Area code and NXX.

Thanks for any insight,

check your insert and delete digs, make sure the far end has what your sending correctly.

The far end is a Tie Trunk. Not sure of the setting if there is one to check on the PBX.
