I have an extension (6020) that routes over ISDN (SDN with AT&T) trunk. We want to begin routing this over IP Trunks. We only have 5 members in the IP trunk group for testing. We have the ISDN trunk group as preference 2 in our route pattern, however once the IP trunk is busy - the call will not route ISDN.
I placed point two in the route pattern to route ISDN, but I keep getting a busy when it tries to route that way.

The call is normally sending 4 digits to AT&T cloud and they are inserting the Area code and NXX.
Thanks for any insight,
