We have a UCx250 that suddenly has blocked any access attempts to the web portal. We did a network reset via the front panel back to the default IP. We can ping the IP address (as we could the old address prior to the reset) but cannot log into the system with any of the browsers we have tried. Any suggestions as to how we might gain access or reset the web portal? Perhaps via a linux command(s). Unfortunately, this customer did not renew their Software Support license, so the manufacturer tech support is reluctant to help.

"...has blocked any access attempts to the web portal"
Does that mean that it does not accept the user name and password when you try to login or that it never presents the login page?

We have tried Firefox (up to date, with the TLS changes in th elink provided by curlycord), Chrome (up to date) and even Intenet Explorer. We don't even get to the login page.

The error we see in Firefox is attached:Galaxy 250 error.JPG

Update: tried from my personal laptop using Edge and was able to get into the system... what the heck!

The most likely reason is that the IP address from which you were trying to access the system was blocked. That can happen for example when someone repeatedly tries to login using the wrong password. You can go to Security - IP Block List to see the list of blocked addresses. You could consider configuring the system to never block addresses on your LAN.
