UCP 100 DROPPING SOME INTERNATIONAL CALLS

MY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES MULTIPLE FAILS WHEN DEALING SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES, I HAVE DONE TRACES AND IT SEEMS TO BE CLIPPING THE LAST 2 DIGITS ? IS ANYONE AWARE OF WHAT COMMANDS I NEED TO LOOK AT. HANDSETS ARE IP BUT THE LINES ARE ISDN30

Check the codes in there for the countries you're calling. increase the max digits by 2

so every international dial code needs to be entered here?
they pretty much dial everywhere but im only getting isdn line release with south american countries .

If you're not using it you don't need to enter anything.

The only other place that can restrict your digits is LCR. If LCR is on then it could be the problem
