I know ... Westi's 3 Steps ....

BUT - I have a large national client that insists we supply them with (15) UC110 V1s as backups to their current in service UCs.

We have the mods and have upgraded all the SD drives and have had good luck with them.

Just looking for a tip on a fast way to preload these with R8.1 - all at one lab sitting ...

I remember seeing a few years ago a tech had a way to load them fast ... but can't find it.

Let me know.

I appreciate that you remember my dislike for UCM's :)

I don't know of a way to do it really in 1 session because they all need to be flashed via USB.
You could flash them and then not ignite them, that way you don't have to make sure that they go to the correct location due to the IP addressing.
Other than that I would have no good idea.

Correct - I would let the remote or onsite tech ignite them and final bench them.
