UCM upgrade move files

I just upgraded a UCM to R11.4 SP2 and need to load the accounts file back to the UCM .I could not do a backup of the VM pro as I had some corruption. Is there a way to do this. I keep getting access denied because of permissions.

Can you not change the folder permissions to 777 via CHMOD to do the above?

Doesn't work for the new release.
