If you have Voicemail Email configured, just forward the message to someone who has email Copy enabled on their mailbox and then you'll both a backup copy in another mailbox and an email with the file attached. Create a new user just for that purpose both for this instance and also to let staff know, if they get a dodgy message in future forward it to user XXX.

If the message has not been deleted and the housekeeping rule to delete the deleted messages has not expired yet you can find the messages in the accounts folder of the user.
