To the CS1000 folks,
I am unable to fully access UCM's "Deployment View" page. I am logged into the UCM server, navigate to the "Deployment View" page, and attempt to deploy a signaling server. When I click on the radio button for one of the signaling servers, IE9 hangs and the "Please wait for the operation to complete..." never completes. I have loaded Firefox and it works ok, but does anyone have a fix for IE9 (32-bit) or IE9 (64-bit), running on Windows 7 (64-bit)?
I am running IE9 version: 9.0.8112.16421.

Thanks,

I had issues accessing UCM from IE9. I downgraded the Update and just use IE8 for now. I have talked to GNTS about other issues, even items on Avaya's Parnter Pages and they are not supporting IE9 just yet, but plan to soon.

I know this doesn't help, but a quick downgrade to IE8 may help. Just go to Programs and Uninstall the IE9 update. You can do this on Windows 7. You don't have to use IE9.

It is impossible for Avaya to have known what IE9 code would be like so you can't expect UCM to work properly just because you are an early adopter :). Anyway, they usually release a document when it finally is supported. It is typically best practice to stick with the older browsers/patches until the brand new ones have been tested for a bit. Same thing happened with IE6 to IE7 ... I think IE8 worked once 7 did though so it just depends on what code changes.

Just run IE9 with Compat mode on. I do this with UCM all the time.
