UCM 6.1 - Need access to OS Administration

Hey All,

A consulting company installed our VoIP system right before I was hired. They never provided us with a username/password that can log into the OS Administration site. The username/password they gave us only gets us into the CM Administration site.

I need to install UCM updates. Is there any way I can get access to OS Administration?

Contact Cisco TAC, because you set that during the installation.

I thought you might be able to create a role that would allow you into the OS portion, but just logged into our server and double checked myself... no go sir.

Not able to contact that company that did the install and get the credentials from them?

My supervisor wants me to exhaust other options before calling the consulting company (I don't know why). So, I'll be calling Cisco TAC.
