hi all, my company uses a Cisco PBX and UCCX for call center functionalities. a couple of the supervisors are getting the error message mentioned above when going to a specific URL that should be loading a report for them. any ideas?
for some background, they click on the URL and the page says "Loading Report", but it never loads. Then they get the message "Eroor processing report. Refresh page or contact administrator".
