Has anyone configured the trunking for Speech Access before?
Specifically we are trying to get the Reach Me feature
working but the Diverting Number info isn't getting to the
SA server.

Basically for it to work you put a remote coverage path to
the SA in the station coverage path. When the call rolls to
the SA, it sees the Diverting Number info and the Reach Me
process kicks in. In our case the Diverting Number info
isn't there and the system prompts you to log into your
SA account.

The SA group has identified the missing data and pointed to
the PBX. I called TSO and had to explain what the UCC
Speech Access server was. I was amazed and disappointed at
the same time. Also, the CM and SA documentation is not
very detailed.

ANY help or info anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Jimbo

There were a few settings that were different (Dial access,
Send EMU Visitor CPN, Send UUI IE) and I changed them to
match yours. No Change, still prompts the caller to log in.

System Info:
CM 3.1.2
UCC SA 2.1

Have you set up the ISDN Public Numbering for extensions to this trunk group?

It's there. We use 4 digit extensions in the 3000 range.
My extension is 3321. The SA access ext is 3586.
The SA TG is 92. 717703 is our area code and exchange.

Ext Ext Trk CPN CPN
Len Code Grp(s) Prefix Len

I know there is something simple I am missing and I just
can't figure it out. It's gona be one field that is N
(or Y) and it has to be Y. Then I'm gonna have to say DOH!
