Just wondering if anyone has experience of running the UCA client for a non-IP phone user? Our secretary has not been converted yet as our office is about 30% converted, but has a need to know the status of the Mitel-equipped personnel when transferring calls. The UCA client was loaded on her pc, and prior to upgrading to 6.0 she was able to see the phone status of all the Mitel users. Since that upgrade, none of the icons other than chat show up, so the program is no longer useful for her to see if folks are on their phones, in the office, etc. Was this a change with 6.0 or is something screwed up in the upgrade install on her pc?
 
You get a message to upgrade her client when you went to UCA 6 and if so did you run it? What was the upgrade of the UCA ie what load were you before?

I believe we went from 5.0 to 6.0. We have a few stand-alone systems, so we are trying to get all to the same rev. She did get the notice, and since she did not have admin rights, a support staffer did the update
 
Might want to remove and try to reinstall. Can't think of why the other icons would disappear.
