UCA - sync problem

I am experiencing a rare problem:

I am trying to make the EHDU published in the micollab client so all the other users could see this and ring the mobile separately from the deskphone in the client.

When I change published from no to yes it works, but after a syncronization the published is changed back to no.

When I manually add a mobile Phone number under micollab client service configuration / accounts / Phone numbers and sync afterwards my manually added Phone dissapears aswell.

Hope someone knows what the issue could be.

What is the licensing used for the ehdu
Full and an EHDU license or as part of a MUD

Non-prime members of MdUGs cannot be called directly.
You would have to remove the EHDU (mobile) from the MdUG.
The create a 2nd MdUG for the EHDU.
*This will use of course 2 MdUG licenses.
