UCA Mobile Not Displaying Pictures Of Contacts

Hello Experts,

Can anyone help?? After a fair amount of grief and heartache I have managed to get UCA Mobile with softphone working on a Galaxy S2 and an S4. The only problem there are no pictures displayed of my corporate contacts on either phone. Pictures are fine with local/remote desktop users. Do I need to open up a Port? Is the problem specific to my mobile device?

Android version S2 - 4.1.2, S4 – 4.2.2

PBX – Mitel MCD Rel 6.0

Mitel Access Suite Server:

Mitel Applications Suite 5.0.61.0
Mitel Standard Linux 10.0.37
Mitel Border Gateway 8.0.12.0
Mitel Unified Communications Server 6.0.30.0

Can't help but just to say have pictures on Sony Xperia ZL ( Android 4.2.2 ). Didn't have to do anything the pictures were just there when I synced the contacts. Maybe a setting in Android?

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Sorted! Changed the UC FQDN in MBG to the IP address and it worked.
