UCA Console 5.0 greyed out extensions

Just installed UCA 5.0 there are extensions greyed out and others that are not, both on the console and on the contacts list. They are all in the same COS, none of the phones are online (new install),on the same node,user accounts in the mas all look the same. Any thoughts?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Come to find out the extensions that weren't greyed out were in different locations, but configured on the same node. So all the phones in my location weren't up yet, but the other locations were. Glad I didn't sit on hold with TS for an hour to figure that out
