UCA Client - Request Playback Call

I'm having an issue with my UCA desktop client. In the visual voicemail screen I'm able to playback vm messages through the PC speakers. However, when I press the Request Playback Call button it seems to go off hook but doesn't actually call the specified set. Any Suggestions?
 
For the nupoint to call the set it needs ports configured for the Pager Outdial application.

Has this been done?

I think you need to set the call me number on the settings tab for the users web access portal.
