Hi

I have a client that has just recently been installed with UCA 6.0 (vUCC - fully licensed)running off a virtual core.
Everything woks fine except users on soft-phones are not presented with the call transfer option.

Users can receive, make outbound calls, put callers on hold, etc, the only thing that is not working is the call transfer option.

I have literally scanned every bit of configuration where I thought might be causing this but cannot find a clue.
The funny thing is, when I changed the confic.exe file to point to my local virtual vUCC set-up, using the same client, I am able to transfer. So that rules out the client software as well.

I have compared both systems COS, UC Server configs, Softphones setup, etc, nothing jumps out, everything identical.

I know I am missing something, any guru out there who can help, much appreciated.

Thanks

are they internal users or external users
are they running the softphone on windows or smart device

have you added a second line to them as a multicall of the prime set to ring

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

they are external users on windows.

yes, already added a second line as suggested.

is it only transfers related to trunks that dont work ?

can you transfer an internal caller

what cos cor are you using for the softphone - perhaps post them.

Are you running a teleworker connection for the softphone

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
