UCA 4_1_22_0 - Remove blades

Hi guys,

we have a UCA VMWARE upgraded V4.1.22.0. The problem is after some time, all the accounts becames NOT ACTIVE. I want to try to un-install the blades and re-install again from the web unified communicator server doing the remove mitel unified server from the "list of blades".
My question is, can i do it from https uca or i need to do it directly from the server console at the MAS server?

If you have others solutions, you can tell me.

you delete the blade from the list of blades in the server manager web page
You might have to restart the MSL before being able to re install the blade

Just a thought, Have you tried reseting the enterprise, Its an option on the front page that defaults all.
