UC500

Has anyone installed the UC500 system? If so, I would like to find out about the ease of install and maintenance and if there are any "gotcha's" out there.

The only thing I had issues with was the configurations assistant.

CLI programming works well. Setup and installation is simple if you already know CCME....

jeter is correct. Configuration assistant can only get you so far and if you start with CLI don't use configuration assistant as it will mess up what you programmed in cli. I have installed 3 or 4. One nice thing about using CA is the upgrades are very easy with it. If you go on cisco's site there is some videos on how to use CA.

Don't know about training, never had any cisco training.
