UC360 and Zoom calling

We have a site that has a Mitel UC360 that is on their MVO250. They are unable to get a Zoom telephone call to work correctly. One of our techs went to the site last week and determined that the device can call into Zoom. And when they muted the call, they were able to enter into the zoom meeting and take it off of mute.

Does anyone know of settings that might be helpful to keep them from using the Mute key when dialing the conference numbers?
