UC110 unavailable

Hi,

I have one UC110 in version 8.1.77.

The administration interface and One-X Portal are unavailable, I have this error message:

The ucm and ipo use a virtual network to communicate with each other.
This one is for sure broken.

We had one fail this week too and Avaya said we couldn't get a new one until the 23rd as they are about to release some sort of fix that we would hear about next week. Luckily we had another that we were waiting to install that we have used for the time being to get the customer back up.

However we can't get any of the backups to work. When going in with WINSCP all of the folders are empty. Was able to at least restore the latest .mdb of the database.

Any suggestions on how to get the immediate backup to work from VM Pro client to either the hard drive or to a USB? Any one else get this to work?

You need to put the file in the "other backup" folder.
Then you need to restore it from the webcontrol webpage.

Hi,

A feedback after my intervention on site today with an HDMI screen:
I tried to do a full Reinstall with one memory Stick. 2 attempt, 2 error rapport....
UCM randomly crashes with an writing error. The SSD must be damaged.
I think that the only solution is to change the module.

You need to swap it for a new one.

I think they're using some cut-rate cheapo SSD's in these suckers.
