UC Suite / Web Client / Inactivity Log Out Timer

Multiple users are complaining about being logged out of the UC Suite Web Client due to inactivity throughout the day.

I have tried changing the timers in: C:\Program Files (x86)\NEC\NEC UC Advanced Services\UC Web Service\UCSuite.ini "ESTimeout and SessionTimeout" but no change was observed after restarting the web service / rebooting the UC Server.

Does anyone know where to adjust user inactivity timers in the software?

Solution
UPDATE:

It appears the following changes have resolved this issue:

Add the UC Suite url to the "Never Put These Sites to Sleep" option list in the Edge browser Settings/System/Performance segment area.

Increase the timer in: C:\Program Files (x86)\NEC\NEC UC Advanced Services\UC Web Service\UCSuite.ini "SessionTimeout" then reboot the UC Server.
I don't know if the latest time change could effect it... is there a clock that's out of sync?
System and server need same time?
That's all I have to offer guessing at that

You have not mentioned what browser they are using, assuming its Edge, try this: Settings, System and Performance, Save resources with sleeping tabs. Turn this off.

Thank you Mitel Guy and George3283 for your responses.

Recently, the staff have moved to using the Edge browser exclusively.

The locale IT personnel like the "preserve resources" feature but have added the UC Suite url to the "Never Put These Sites to Sleep" option list.

I will monitor the issue and post the results.......
