UC Softphone

Hello everyone,

I have setup UC softphone on my laptop. Able to make outbound calls with softphone/usb headset.

However when i dial my own extension (on main 3300 controller) i cannot get the softphone to pick up incoming calls.

Any advice? Tips?

Is that also your primary extension? What phone are you using to call in on? What I'm hinting at is that it may be a PRG issue.

How is your call notification configured?
 
What version we talking about? Do you get the screen pop that an incoming call is coming in?

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
 
Hey guys,

I have extension 4054 as the main extension programmed for an IP Mitel 5330 phoneset on a 3300 controller.

I have also programmed *4054 as the softphone extension on the 3300 controller. It is showing up as a "app server port" in Ops-man.

For call handling, i have set COS-Day, COS-Night1, COS-Night2 as normal COS i have set for regular users.

Currently using UCA Version 2.0.1.6

Yes, currently would like to have a screen pop up when a call comes in. I have setup the extension in UCA server, and have it working on the softphone. Currently able to make successful outbound calls, but no incoming calls (with pop-up window).

Any ideas?
 
let us know how....could help other guys with similar issues, even if it was finger trouble
