UC Monitoring tool & External administration tools

Hi,

I'm looking for 3rd party tool to answer 2 specific needs of a customer;
My set up : 1 IPO Select (maybe a secondary, don't know yet) + Avaya SBC + 2K users (9608), no IP500 gateway

1- A monitoring tool that can give reports on voice quality
I found a devconnect partner : "Integrated Research Prognosis Unified Communication" that use SNMP/RTCP Collector to achieve this need.
Does anybody try it ?
Does anybody have another solution ?

2- Administration tools that allow multilevel user rights. In another words, my customer have about 10 sites, each site have a local IT Administrator, this admin need to be able to configure local user without seeing user from other sites ...
I find tools but they are not compatible with IPO.
I know there is web service API but I did not find any 3rd party tools that use it.
Any idea ?

Dunno about version 10, but version 9 is ok. A bit clunky and has a number of issues in our environment, a bit over complex too

Avaya System Manager may fit your requirements, consult your BP to confirm. It certainly allows RBAC for admin users (and granular to the xtension range)

I'm currently installing trial of Integrated Research Prognosis Unified Communication.

For System Manager, I though it was not compatible with IPO. I will ask Avaya for this.
