Hey All,

Looks like we got a bug here with the UC module and we now have voicemails disappearing with no end user interaction. I really need this one voicemail... its evidence!! (Law firm....)

When I check SSA it says there are 0 voicemails in the users inbox... but the message had been saved for over 2 weeks. I do not have any housekeeping on saved messages.

Does anyone know how I can get into this directory /opt/vmpro/ on the UC Module to check for the voicemails?

I can't seem to find it under embedded file management of the UC module.

Just found out VM was not marked as saved. It was just left in inbox. Looks like housekeeping got it. Can I do anything to get it back? Thanks!!

OK!! I figured it out and I shall post steps here in case another person runs into this.

In order to get to the voicemail directory a person should use WinSPC

Connect to voicemail pro server by IP (as I mentioned I use the UC module and it worked for me!)

User administrator credentials

Click the .. folder until you see the OPT folder show > click OPT > Click VMPro > Click Accounts > Click Extn mailbox in question - the deleted VMs will be there.

Copy and drag them to your windows machine on the left. And that is it!

Thanks All
