UC Module/ VM Pro 8.1.95 FTP Backup login error 1

I Have a customer that we just replaced a UC module and upgraded them to 8.1.95.
After the UC replacement we set up the FTP backups for VM Pro and it worked that night.
The next day we went back in and tried to do a manual backup but it keeps giving up a login credential error now.
We used same login and password the night before and I can use same login and password for other customers no problem.
We have tried other FTP servers local to customer and known good working ones but get same error

Has anyone else run into this?

I am getting same error and my FTP is local on the same network did you Get it Resolve yet?

Yes!
Turns out 8.1 service pack 9 resolved issue.. service pack 10 and 11 has the FTP issue..
