Alright, so this is where I stand, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Tried to upgrade from 9.1 to 10.1 on the UC module through the web manager.
Iso transfer froze at 90%. (waited about 45 more minutes and then canceled)
Tried a second time, same results.
Used usb builder to make a 10.1 upgrade usb.
Plugged that in the front, shut down, and booted uc from usb via SSA.
After hitting 5%, it gave an usb upgrade error.
Rebuilt usb with a 11.0 install for uc mod.
Watching through ssa the install went well and then it gave a message that the UC mod had to be ignited.
I tried to browse to the UC mod
address>:7070 or 7071 but couldn't access the uc module
Hooked up a monitor and Keyboard and rebooted. got into the linux command screen and changed the ip address to the Right address
Rebooted and was able to browse to the UC mod and ignited it properly.
Question 1 it was asking for a gateway ip address. Is that going to be the gateway of the network 10.10.10.1 or the ip of the ipo 10.10.10.105? I wasn't sure which to use so i went with the IPO ip.
So, then things get weird. I can log into the module and ping it, but when i hit *17 i get a turkey tone the message "incompatable." so I cant call from an ip phone to the VM Pro
I restored the modules and start points and stuff and created a new menu and set it up to record menu recording via the extension on my desk. I click record and it rings my phone and i can record and listen to the message. but i cant call that menue back from the phone.
Question 2 why can i not call from phone to VM but i can call from vm to phone for message recording?
Question 3 how do i reload the backup? I saved it via WinSCP before the upgrade, how do i load it back on?
Ive seen some threads about ip route issues on the UC module disappearing. Could that be my issue?
