Installing a UC module in an IP500v2 running 9.1.8 and the voicemail doesn't answer when I dial *17. I've followed all of the setup procedures via the doc. I've created a 4G usb and it installed the ISO software successfully. I've webbed into via a browser and have initiated the VM pro services. All of my license are valid. System Status confirms the the UC in operational and the applications are running. But I get a fast busy when I call into it. What am I missing ?
