UC Module not responding

I installed new UC module on an Avaya IP Office 9.0. The module was working yesterday, i was able to login to it and do programming. Today i can't login to it. I get no respond. I tried to login to it by using 192.168.42.1:7070 and 192.168.42.200 which is the IP address given to me by the system. Control unit does display 192.168.42.200 for the UC Module, and system status say the module is running. The LED is solid green, and i did reboot the Module and the system. Here what monitor say. Restart the system. Watch it fail to boot.

Get a new one. (By fair means or foul).

Or leave it where it is and install VMPro on a network computer. Leave the card in place to provide the Preferred License.

I just plugged in HDMI cable and rebooted the module. It looks like it rebooted and it saying uc-module login. My problem might be with an IP Address. I did not change any IP addresses. The documents say to change the voicemail IP address to 169.254.0.1, but the system does not allow me to change it and it gave it 192.168.42.200. Thanks.

it needs to be an IP address on the same subnet as the IPO
