We recently upgraded a site from IP412 to IP500v2 11.0.2.

I had my tech create the SD card 11.0.2, install the UCM, initialize it, setting the IP address, he then uploaded the customer config and we shipped it to site.

After installing it and logging into it, the UCM has IP address of 0.0.0.0. Is the problem that the config had voicemail pro and it overwrote the UCM in the config?

How can this be resolved? Do I need to ship a thumb drive to site and reinitialize?

Thank you,

Under System\Voicemail in manager there should be an option for selecting the UC module as the voicemail type....cannot remember what its called exactly.
UC modules can be tricky and flaky...we've actually gotten away from them completely and the customers that had them are now using VM Pro on a virtual machine in their network or a virtualized Avaya App Server.
Biggest issue we always ran into is the whole memory filling up bug....even new hardware and new firmware, right out of box, would develop this issue.
So we accepted defeat and moved on, good idea, but not implemented well.
